海外貴賓可透過Email、FACEBOOK粉絲專頁、LINE@平台或進行與醫師一對一的視訊諮詢方式，並提供需要執行的療程項目及照片等個人資訊，由線上客服人員為您服務，並將資訊由專科醫師評估，評估實際狀況後為您進一步提供資訊。
Online Consulting Before Departing
Via Email, Facebook Page, Line@ app or one-on-one skype with our doctors, we offer online consulting services for our Overseas VIP clients. Please inform us of your desired treatment along with some basic personal information. Our online customer service will provide further information after fully evaluating your conditions by our specialty doctors.
確認抵台時間
一、確認航班及班機抵台時刻及聯絡方式。
二、如有需要接機服務，可提前預訂專屬司機服務。
三、桃園國際機場的台灣銀行櫃檯可以美金匯兌成台幣，或至各大銀行兌換亦可，但須注意台灣的銀行於週六、日不營業。
Arrival Time Confirmation
1. Please provide us with the following: Flight Number, arrival time and contact information.
2. For exclusive airport pickup service booking, please let us know in advance.
3. Money exchange is available at the service counters operated by the Bank of Taiwan located in Taoyuan International Airport. Also available in all major banks in Taiwan, but please note that local banks are closed on the weekends.

離台服務
可代訂送機服務，手術後如有需要診所可開證明方便返國時移民局確認身分使用。返回國家後可透過Email、FACEBOOK粉絲專頁、LINE@平台追蹤術後的狀況，有問題可以隨時跟我們聯絡，我們非常樂心再次為您服務。
Leaving Service
Drop-off service booking available. We offer plastic surgery certificates to help overseas clients through passport control on their way home. Postoperative follow-up is available through Email, Facebook Page or the Line@ app. Contact us anytime you want. We would love to serve you again.

收費
確認手術項目及預約日期，術前完成繳交療程費用。
診所接受新台幣(NTD)、人民幣(CNY)、美金(USD)、港幣(HKD)、日幣(JPY)、馬幣(MYR)。另外我們也接受國外轉帳付費(wire transfer)和信用卡(Visa Card，Master Card，銀聯卡)付費，如須了解受款方式與轉帳資料的話，請來電詢問。
Payment Methods
Following confirmation of treatment(s) and treatment dates, full payment has to be completed. NTD, CNY, USD, HKD, JPY and MYR accepted. We also accept overseas wire transfer and credit cards (Visa Card, Master Card or UnionPay Card.) Please contact us if you have any further questions about remittance.
